And today she learned another new way to see the world...

Lauren decided tonight to show us her favorite new move...standing up! As you can see, she seemed to be pretty proud of herself:) I guess I should have waited an extra day to update the blog so I could have included this shot with the yesterday's updates. Hopefully I don't yet have to add she's walking tomorrow:)

XOXO from the Ladies!

Happy Valentine's Day!

We surprised Daddy with a singing Barbershop quartet at his work (which is also where the girls go to daycare/pre-school so Addison got to be a part of it too (as she was the only one not napping during the surprise). In Addison's words, "I was more embarrassed than Dad!" As the icing on the cake, one of the guys in the group ended up being a former co-worker of Larry's too! See the link from You Tube to see the performance for yourself! (His staff thankfully helped pull it off AND videotape it and post it all for me!) If the below link doesn't work for some reason, try searching www.youtube.com as "Orien's sweet melodies to Larry"

Lauren is getting closer and closer every day to crawling. She rocks back and forth and thinks about moving but is so very patient and always entertained by her two older sisters (so is really in no hurry to get anywhere-just happy watching her world pass her by). Soon I believe though she will take off and "officially" start crawling and everyone's world will change:) It will be a bittersweet day though! The girls are all just growing up way-too-fast...!

Sledding Anyone?

We can't get enough of little Lauren. She is one happy 7 month old which makes her one easy baby. She has set into her new routine at daycare. She is clapping, waving, always smiling and soooo happy 99% of the time. Just can't believe she is already 7 months old!

"Where are we going next?"

Couldn't get the girls to stop and pose for a photo because they LOVED playing in the sand so much!
We had a great family trip with the Baier Family. Grandma and Grandpa Baier, Uncle Will, Aunt Desi and our family went to Florida for four days.

We sure packed lots of fun into four days! The girls did awesome and did way better than we thought they would considering they never napped. In fact, Ella became fully potty trained while on our trip! It was funny how unexpected that was:)

Highlights included Sea World, Cocoa Beach and playing in the hot tub (it was set at a cooler temp. so more like a pool with bubbles) at our house! Ella said it best (actually yelled to everyone) when the plane was landing, "I LOVE FLORIDA-YEAH!!!"

A Very Merry Christmas!

We all had a great Christmas with our families. The girls were spoiled with Christmas gifts...needless to say we are working on sharing all our toys:) Gift highlights were the following: Addison- aBarbie car; Ella - a toss-up...either a spatula (special kid version b/c she loves to bake - she wanted to bake on Christmas Day even) or her Packer helmet; Lauren - all the wrapping paper!

Snow Days are SNOW much Fun!

"My parents tell me not to eat snow but I'll just do it quick while nobody is looking!"

"MMMMmmm...so good!"
Five days before Christmas we all had a snow day! We had lots of fun and were quite productive as well!

Countdown to Christmas!

We have been to the holiday parade, visited Santa (two times), toured parks filled with Christmas lights, and visited with reindeer among other fun holiday activities the past few weeks. This week Addison has her Sunday school program (where she's excited to sing) and both of the girls have their  holiday program at daycare (more singing) and then Christmas will be here! The girls are counting down their Christmas paper rings and our "Elf on the Shelf" (who the girls named Elf #3) is reporting nightly back and forth to Santa:)
